JEYRAM LLC – Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Locations

JEYRAM LLC currently ships to:

  • United States (all states)

  • Canada

  • Selected international regions (if available at checkout)

If your country does not appear at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The weight/size of your order

  • The shipping method chosen

We do not control carrier shipping fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

USA: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. JEYRAM LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Missing Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may request reshipment (additional shipping fee required)

  • Or request a refund minus shipping costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

JEYRAM LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or customs

If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on eligible products only — please review our Return & Refund Policy.
