2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene purposes, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or
refunded:
• Supplements (including Immune Gummy, Arctic Sea, Collagen, DX4, Aloe Vera Gel, etc.)
• Any consumable or ingestible products
• Opened or used products
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the
product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
